8. How the Contract is formed between You and Us

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been despatched (the “Despatch Confirmation”). The contract between us (“Contract”) will only be formed when we send you the ‘Despatch Confirmation’. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

9. Returns

Our 30-day returns guarantee

We are proud of the quality of our products. However, if you find your goods to be in unsatisfactory condition, we are willing to offer a refund if the product is returned unopened within 30 days. Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and a full refund minus any administration and transaction fees will be given. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

You must take full care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit otherwise this may preclude you from obtaining a refund.

Once you have notified acherb.co.uk that you are returning your order and acherb.co.uk has received the goods back undamaged, you will be refunded or credited within a maximum of 28 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your payment card for the goods.

Customers will be responsible for shipping cost for returning items to us. We recommend sending the package by Recorded Delivery.

If for some reason you find the products are either damaged or defective in some way, then please first contact us and inform us of the problem within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Pricing and availability

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the millions of products in our catalogue are mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
