All orders for items in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order.
For various reasons it is not always possible for us to guarantee that "in stock" items will actually be in stock at all times. If this is the case one of our customer services team will contact you to let you know as soon as possible. They will offer options and suggest alternatives and await your instruction before proceeding with the order. We will email customers once the order has despatched!

No deliveries will be made on Bank Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a bank holiday will be delivered the following working day.
Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as this will not be left without a signature. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card that will be left to rearrange your delivery. Any additional instructions to the carrier must be agreed by us.
Next working day delivery offer excludes out of stock products.

Lost Parcels
Please contact us if your parcel has not been received within 14 days after your credit card has been charged. We will initiate a search with the Post Office and advise you of our findings. Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until 3 weeks from the date it was posted. Only after this time will they accept any claim for a lost parcel. Once a claim is made it usually takes around 3 weeks to sort out a claim for parcels missing with the UK and up to 3 months for parcels missing overseas. We have to follow the guidelines set down by Royal Mail.
Incorrect Address Info
If your package is returned because of an insufficient/incorrect address you will be responsible for reshipping fees. Please double check that your address is correct.
Missed delivery and packages returned to us
If your package is returned because of you have missed the delivery and excessed the holding period, but would like it reshipped, then you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us and also the shipping fees to resend the item to you. |
